Good Friday Prayer Vigils - Wilmington and Dover, April 22, 2011.

• Dover - Annual Kent County Delaware Right to Life and Dover Counsel Knights of Columbus are sponsors of a Good Friday Life Chain, from 10 a.m. until Noon, in front of the Planned Parenthood of  Delaware building located at 805 S. Governors Avenue. The life chain assembly is to be prayerful, peaceful and non-confrontational. An assembly permit is obtained for the event.

• Wilmington - Rt. 202, in front of Aztar, 10 - 11 AM.

• South Bethany - Highway 1 and South 9th Street, parking is on S. 9th Street, 10 AM - Noon.

Dover Days - May 7, 2011; DRTL sponsoring a prolife booth. Volunteers needed to staff booth. Call Donna to volunteer at 302-538-5730.

• Monday, May 9, 2011 at Uno's in Dover. 20% of meal cost is donated to DRTL. Print coupon here.

• Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Iron Hill Brewery at the Riverfront, Wilmington and in Newark, Delaware. 20% of meal cost is donated to DRTL. Print coupon here.

3rd Annual Walk for Life at the Beach - Saturday, May 14th at 9a.m. at St. Jude's in Lewes. Fr. Klein will be our speaker with an opening address via videotape from Bishop Malooly. A bus will take us to the beach for our 2.4 mile walk through downtown Lewes and then back to St. Judes for lunch. For more information, email amanda@catholiccarepackages.com.

Newark Nite:  June 4, 2011, 4 PM - 8:30 PM. DRTL will have a prolife exhibit booth at the event. We need a total of 6 - 8 volunteers.

• 2 -4 volunteers arrive by 2:30 to set up  tent and stay until 4:30

• 2 volunteers 4:30-6:30

• 2- 4 volunteers 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM close up tent.

Pro-life Parade Float - December 3, 2011, Respect Life group from St. Judes and St. Edmonds churches will participate with a float in Lewes, Delaware's annual Christmas parade Saturday in December  3, 2011. All are welcome to parade with them starting at 4 pm. (to watch only, the parade starts at 5 pm). If you need more details, please contact Mandy at 302-249-1178.

Friday Prayer Vigil - Need people to come to the downtown Wilmington Planned Parenthood (7th & Shipley) on Friday mornings from 7:30 - 10:30 AM for a peaceful and prayerful vigil.

Saturday Prayer Vigil - In Dover on the second Saturday each month between 11 AM and Noon at Planned Parenthood.
